Electropak is proud of our history and association with Volpak which now extends for over 25 years . We have placed well over 100 machines through-out Southern Africa in the factories of well known manufacturers of top consumer products.
The Volpak machines cover all types of sachet form, fill and seal requirements from the standard sachet to the stand up pouch. With attachements for towelletes, zip lock, straw insertion and screw cap pour spouts they give their customers a competitive edge in product flexibility and utility.
The Volpak engineers are continually developing new and exciting forms of sachet packaging. Their latest achievements include packing whole meat tuna into pouches as well as a two-in-one pouch which has an impermeable barrier dividing the pouch into two seperate compartments to pack the likes of a pasta with the powdered sauce. Volpak is currently perfecting ultra clean systems to allow for the packing of dairy and other sensitive products
